Andrew Tran
Associate Teacher
Andrew began working at the Children’s Center in the Fall of 2018 as a Student Assistant with the toddlers of La Casita. He recently graduated from Sacramento State in May 2022 with a double B.A. in Child Development (Focus: Social and Community Settings) and Psychology with an additional a minor in Counseling. Throughout his time here at the Center, he has worked with all age groups ranging from infants in Bambini 1 and 3 to preschoolers in Casa 3. He has loved the fact that every age group brings on new experiences which has contributed to his eagerness to learn more as a caregiver and professional in the field of Early Childhood Education to provide higher-quality service to the families of Sacramento State. His passion and commitment to the children of the Center is to guide and support them towards reaching developmental milestones through loving and engaging interactions. Andrew is ecstatic to continue his learning journey here at the Center as an Associate Teacher to grow alongside the children and staff!
The best thing about working at the Children’s Center is: seeing the joy and impact left on not only the children, but also the students and parents of Sacramento State.
