Garrett started working at the ASI Children’s Center in the Fall semester of 2017. Garrett was placed in an infant classroom, which was very frightening at first as Garrett’s only experiences with children were that of elementary school aged children. However, after the semester, Garrett fell in love working with infants and toddlers especially learning underneath the excellent and supportive head teachers. For the 2020-2021 academic year, Garrett is excited to learn, teach, and play in a new age group!
The best thing about working at the Children’s Center is: its unique culture. Here at the ASI Children’s Center, we have an amazing supporting cast of teachers and administrators, the ability to teach and help college students learn how to work with children, and the friendliest and most diverse families within the community.
