Benefits Summary
- Medical: 100% Employer paid Kaiser HMO or Sutter Health Plus HMO medical plans for employees to choose from. A generous employer contribution towards employee plus family (includes vision) {Small employee contribution for dependent coverage. Coverage begins on the first of the month following the date of hire}
- Dental: Employer paid dental for employee plus family
- Retirement Benefits: eligible employees receive generous ASI retirement contribution after 12 months of service subject to the terms of the retirement plan
- Life Insurance: Employer paid $50,000 Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment for eligible employees
- Long Term Disability – employer-paid Long-term Disability Insurance for full-time employees
- Flexible Spending Plan, Medical Reimbursement & Dependent care
- Vacation – eligible employees start to accrue vacation following the date of hire (increases with years of service)

- Paid Holidays -Up to 15 holidays per fiscal year
- Paid Personal Holiday – 24 hours per year for full-time and 12 hours for part-time regular employees
