Nancy Fimbrez
Associate Teacher
Nancy is excited to be joining the ASI Sacramento State University Children’s Center community! She has been devoted to the field of Early Childhood Education since 2015. Nancy obtained her B.S. in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University (2017) and her M.S. in Early Childhood Inclusive Education from Portland State University (2024). The foundation of her teaching is centered around inclusion, connections, and collaboration. She believes everyone is a teacher with diverse knowledge and experiences to contribute to our learning community. Nancy looks forward to forming relationships that promote safe and creative spaces for children and families to reach their fullest potential.
Nancy is a mom to two young children and when not at the Children’s Center she spends all of her time with them and her husband. Together, they like to spend time outdoors, create new pizza recipes, and play (lots of play!!).
The best thing about working at the Children’s Center is: that I get to do my dream job in a wholesome environment!
