Taylor Ogden

Taylor began working at the Children Center in Fall 2024 as an Assistant Teacher in the La Casita 2 room. She is a Sacramento State graduate, having earned her B.A. in Communcations in 2016 and earned and M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College 3 years later. Taylor loves playing with children, reading with them to help build their vocabulary, and doing art projects with them and is always amazed with how creative they can be and how their minds work. Her favorite activity to do with her class is science projects to encourage engagement and teamwork amongst her students.

During her freetime, Taylor likes to read, cook, bake, and spoil her dogs. The best thing about working at the Children’s Center for her is helping children become independent and understand themselves as individuals while teaching them about teamwork and friendship.
